How much does it cost to clear land?
Wildly variable depending on what's on it. Light grass and low scrub run about $2,500–$4,500/acre. Heavy blackberry and lantana run $4,500–$8,000/acre. Mixed timber is usually quoted by the day at $2,500–$3,500/day. We give you a fixed number after the site walk.
Do you do bushfire APZ clearing to RFS spec?
Yes. We clear the 10m Inner Protection Zone to grass and the 30m Outer Protection Zone to RFS canopy/fuel-load spec, and provide before/after photos for compliance.
What about big trees?
Small and medium trees (under about 6m) we handle in-house. For large or hazard trees we coordinate with a licensed arborist we trust — one quote, one invoice.
Do you need council permission?
For most overgrown-vegetation clearing on private land in NSW, no. For native canopy trees, usually yes, via the local council. We'll tell you on the site walk which side of the line your job sits.
What do you do with the mulch?
Your call — we can leave it in piles, blow it across the block as ground cover, or load it onto your trailer. If you don't want it we'll take it.
What insurance do you carry?
$20m public liability with NTI, plus workers compensation through Allianz. Certificates available on request.
