How quickly can I get a quote?
Jesse visits the site, measures it and sends a fixed written price within 24 hours. Weekday enquiries get a same-day call-back.
Do you subcontract the work?
No. One crew does the whole job, and the person who quotes it runs it on site. We own our machines: a Takeuchi TB257FR excavator, a TLR8 posi track loader and a 6-tonne tipper.
Are you insured?
Yes. $20M public liability with NTI and workers compensation with Allianz. Certificates are available on request.
How far ahead are you booked?
Typical lead time is 2–3 weeks. Urgent clearing or site prep can sometimes be slotted in sooner, so ask.
How does payment work?
30% deposit to lock in your dates, 70% on completion. Invoices come through Xero. No hidden extras: the written price is the price.
