Are you a landscape designer?
No — we're the build crew, not the designer. We'll talk through ideas and tell you what's buildable on your slope; for a full design we can refer you to landscape designers we've worked with.
Do you do planting too?
Generally no. We do the hardscape — walls, stairs, paths, bed edges, soil prep — then either you plant or a planting crew comes in.
What materials do you build with?
Sandstone (mostly Parklea), besser/link-block, treated pine and hardwood sleepers, gravel and exposed-agg concrete for paths.
Can you fix what a previous landscaper left behind?
Often, yes — failed sleeper walls, slipping steps, no drainage behind retained beds are common. We'll walk it with you and tell you what's salvageable.
How is payment structured?
30% deposit to lock the start date, 70% on completion. For jobs over 3 weeks, progress claims apply.
What insurance do you carry?
$20m public liability with NTI, plus workers compensation through Allianz. Certificates available on request.
